2 Second Lean

The examples in the book, FastCap itself, the video tours, all feature manufacturing businesses. I’m in software development. How does 2 Second Lean work in that setting?

I discovered the book shortly after it was published in 2011, and have tried it off and on since then. In principle the approach should in any setting. But I’m not aware of any prominent example of using it outside of manufacturing. So it’s time to launch an experiment: Try to apply 2 Second Lean to software development.
