Ongoing engagement
If the diagnostic reveals work worth doing together, I continue as a fractional member of your leadership team. I provide coaching and judgment, and even some hands-on coding. The engagement focuses wherever the constraint demands attention:

There are two modes of engagement depending on depth and pace.
Fractional CTO
When you need to fill a CTO role without the full cost. Strong operational involvement. I work directly with your C-Suite, VP Engineering, and technical leadership 1-2 days per week to drive execution on the plan.
Typical engagement: 6-18 months
Advisor
When you want to tune up your existing technology leadership. Strategic guidance at a lighter cadence. I serve as a sounding board and advisor for your technical leadership on architecture decisions, vendor selection, AI adoption, and scaling strategy.
